Megan Stewart has posted Italian Beefs
"Mom made Italian Beef for baby showers, bridal showers, etc. I altered her recipe, however, I bake, let the roast cool so I can skim off the fat, then slice, and return to the liquid to let heat again to serve (makes it very tender). You can serve on slider buns if desired (for those parties)."
